McGill is one of the best-known Canadian universities and offers a fairly strong MBA program.  Offered as a 2-year Full-Time program, each incoming class of ~65 students would have four concentrations to focus on.  The McGill MBA is one of the few programs in Canada that does not have different tuition for Canadian students and International students - however they do charge considerably more to local students than any other MBA program in Quebec.  The McGill MBA is taught entirely in English.

Employment Summary

3-Month Placement Rate: 89%
Average Salary: $89,578
Average Salary Increase: N/A

McGill has a fairly strong placement rate and a good average salary compared to fellow Canadian schools.  McGill places 70% of their graduates in Montreal (45%) and Toronto (25%).  The remainder are virtually all International placements, with only 2.5% of the class ending up outside of Montreal/Toronto.  Finance is the largest functional area for graduates (36%) with Marketing and Consulting coming in 2nd at 21% each.

Summary

McGill has a strong reputation in Canada and Internationally.  The program is taught entirely in English and the main placement areas are the two best known Canadian cities.  You would be signing up for a strong program with good long term career prospects.  However, the tuition at McGill is very high, especially for Quebec-based students compared to their other choices (tuition at McGill is ~10x that of Concordia and HEC Montreal).  If you are a Montreal-based student, McGill may not offer the return on investment you would see from other Quebec programs.  Outside of Quebec students, tuition is on par with other well regarded programs in Canada.
