Financial Times MBA Rankings 2009

The newest FT rankings will be released to the public on January 26th, 2009. These rankings might not fully reflect some of that changes that have occurred following the continued economic decline as the Alumni surveys took place in the August/September time period, before things looked truly bleak.

That being said, it will be interesting to look at the overall salary numbers for the top schools as a number of the truly high paying jobs have fallen by the wayside in 2008. Whether this will take a toll in 2009 or show up more dramatically in 2010 remains to be seen.

For the Canadian schools, there shouldn't be any tremendous changes in terms of the general order of Canadian schools. I'd imagine that Sauder (UBC) and McGill could move up in the rankings from previous years and one or two of the Ontario schools might fall further. As we get closer to the 26th, I'll offer previews of each school that is likely to appear in the rankings. In the mean time, here's some links to previous rankings:

Hey thanx for the info!!! Do u have idea about present of IIM MBA?I think it moves down this year because of CAT toughness.
